WE AREN'T LIKE A REGULAR GYM...

Our walls are not covered in mirrors... We do not have big TV's and naff music on repeat...We do not have fancy machines which claim to be the latest fitness trend and only require you to stand on them, while you wobble for 15 minutes.

CrossFit is a complete strength and conditioning programme. we aim to be competent across all ten domains of fitness:

CrossFit is designed to be universally scalable and is suitable for anyone, regardless of age or prior physical fitness.

Routine is our enemy and we strive to challenge each and every one of our members to be the best they can be every single day.

WE ARE THE MACHINES

We  use barbells, kettlebells, olympic rings, rowers, wall balls, sandbags tyres , plyo boxes and much more; all designed to help achieve optimal performance and body conditioning.

Our Philosophy in 100 Words

“Eat meat and vegetables, nuts and seeds, some fruit, little starch and no sugar.  Keep intake to levels that will support exercise but not body fat. 

Practice and train major lifts: Deadlift, clean, squat, presses, C&J and snatch.  Similarly, master the basics of gymnastics: pull-ups, dips, rope climb, push-ups, sit-ups, presses to handstand, pirouettes, flips, splits, and holds. 

Bike, run, swim, row, etc, hard and fast.  Five or six days per week mix these elements in as many combinations and patterns as creativity will allow.  Routine is the enemy!  Keep workouts short and intense.  Regularly learn and play new sports.”
