How did you find CrossFit?
I found CrossFit in 2015 after having my son in 2014. I wanted a new challenge and I loved the look of the workouts! I went on to do my first CrossFit session at CrossFit Hull then started CrossFit properly in summer 2015 and haven't turned back since!
What do you like about CrossFit?
I love the variation! There is so many movements in CrossFit that it is almost impossible not to enjoy it. Everyone has their favourite movements to enjoy whilst tackling their weaknesses. CrossFit has changed the way people train and look at their bodies. Instead of people striving for a number on the scales, they're chasing a PR instead!
What do you like to do outside of the gym?
I spend time with my family and enjoy exploring the outdoors and cooking Sunday dinner! Guilty pleasure Merlot, Shiraz, Pinto, Sauvignon, Chardonnay etc etc etc…
