How did you find CrossFit?
I found CrossFit with my brother after a few years trying to enjoy my training more in a conventional gym. My weight used to change greatly, often going up, but after I found CrossFit not only the training side helped me to reach my goals - the commitment to the whole lifestyle really gave me better results than I could have imagined!
What do you like about CrossFit?
The thing I like most about CrossFit is the constant challenge of not only pushing yourself to new limits, but also learning something new every day. The variation of movement is so diverse and beneficial to everyday life I wouldn't want to train any other way.
What do you like to do outside of the gym?
Outside of CrossFit obviously golf is a big part of what I do, running my own academy and playing whenever possible. Anything outdoors and trying new things are always good!
