CROSSFIT CLASSES

A Community Driven Strength & Conditioning Program 

Here at CrossFit Jorvik we offer a series of classes, using lots of different training tools and methods. From Olympic lifting, Strongman tools, Plyo boxes, Kettlebells, SlamBalls, Wall Balls, Battle ropes, Rowing Machine and much much more! 

You will start the class as part of a group, warming up and focusing on some strength work or even gymnastics technique and then practicing the movements in preparation for your WOD (Workout of the Day).

Then once we set that timer its WOD time and the whole group will start the workout together to try beat the clock! It is then up to you to roll out or stretch off afterwards so you're ready for the next days WOD of course.....
